Center Stage

"excuse me sir. what's the name of the show playing tonight?" comes pouring out the mans mouth as we reach the curb. staggering in his dirty cam-os, and walking in a zigzag line as he tries to make it through the door lined with pretty college girls. "you need a ticket," i tell him. he's not listening to me, he's just looking for a free beer ticket on the floor. 'wrong ticket,' i think to myself.

'guess what my name is' is the first work of art they hung on the wall. next to the wire chicken, and the coffin that walks it's self to the grave. i'm not really sure that's art. but, it might be useful having a coffin that's self-sufficient with as many people offing themselves these days.
